need to unplug your computer, monitor, mouse, printers, scanners,
etc That is our service we come to you for
all repairs or service. If your computer requires further
technical assistance there is NO additional charge for the pick up
or return delivery. Upon delivery, your computer is set up along
with any printer, scanner or other component to ensure all
equipment operates together with you computer.
UPGRADES
Technology evolves faster than
we can keep up with. Operating systems, programs and games evolve
each year with higher system requirements. Before you know it,
your computer may not have enough RAM memory or hard drive space to
effectively run the programs you need. Most memory costs less than it
did in the past, so to add more memory to your existing computer
(depending on your computer) is a cost effective way to bring your
PC up to date.
INSTALLATIONS
AND TRAINING
Many times a new operating system is the answer to running your
computer at its optimum performance. Some operating systems are
not right for each individuals needs or are outdated. Newer operating systems
provide additional administrative and security measures and can
provide additional speed and options. We can
eliminate obsolete software and reinstall newer software versions.
We also provide on-site training to beginners on computer basics,
software, internet, etc...

share printers so you will only need one printer but everyone can
print to it from anywhere in your home. Wireless also makes
sharing of files, pictures and other information simple.
PRINTER
SERVICE
Today's
printers are priced so that when the printer fails it is discarded
and a new one is purchased. We do not believe in this theory. Some
printers are designed to be serviced and that's what we do. Larger
printers like the HP 4000 or 4000N and above can be repaired or
have periodic maintenance done to renew the printing ability and
usage of these model's. It is true however that the inexpensive
printers are not cost effective to repair and subsequently do need
to be replaced.
